What is this?

This is OsoPorto customer rewards program. This is our way to say thank for being part of our journey. Our rewards program is designed to let our power customers buy at a discounted price by earning points through purchases and other actions. It's still pretty new, so let us know if you run into any problems or kinks that need to be worked out.

How do I spend my points?

Points can be redeemed directly on during your purchase. The option to redeem your points should show on the cart page, just before checkout. You can pay up to 50% of your order with your points.

I am not able to find the redemption button.

The redeem button should appear in your cart right above the order subtotal. Previously it sometimes didn't appear when using a mobile device. That has been fixed, but please let us know if you run into that (or any other problem).

Does it cost anything?

There is no cost to participate in the Rewards program.

When do my points expire?

Never! Your Points have no expiration date. You will not be charged for inactivity.

How do I get more points?

Please check our list above for more information about how to get more points. You can activate any of those offers at any time on your dashboard.

How do I get points for referrals?
  1. Send your personal referral link, available here, to all your friends that might be interested. You can also post it to your Facebook page or share it on Twitter or other social media.
  2. Make sure they accept your invitation. Your friend will receive an additional 100 points when joining with your invitation (so 200 points total).
  3. As soon they make their first purchase with a minimum value of $1 you will get 200 points.
How do I get points for liking on Facebook?
  1. Make sure your Facebook account is connected here.
  2. Just like our Facebook page.

You should get your points within 5 minutes. Note that un-liking may result in the cancellation of your credit.

How do I get points for following on Twitter?
  1. Make sure your Twitter account is connected here.
  2. Just follow our Twitter page.

You should get your points within 5 minutes. Note that un-following may result in the cancellation of your credit.

How do I get points for my birthday?
  1. Make sure your birthday here is correct.
  2. Wait until your birthday.
  3. You will automatically get your credit on your birthday.
Can I get points for old purchases?

Sure! All orders from November 2016 forward are automatically credited. There's no way for the system to automatically credit old orders, but if you email me at and request the credits, I'll be glad to add them to your account by hand.

Can I control how often I get rewards emails?

Absolutely! Just go to the settings module in your rewards dashboard here, (or click on the gear icon in the upper left), and then click on "notifications" to adjust how often, if ever, you receive emails regarding the Rewards program.

I made a purchase but don't see points for it yet.

Sometimes it takes a few hours for purchase credits to show in your account. If your credits don't show after 24 hours, let us know and we'll make sure its added to your account.
