Both our traditional "classic fit" and new Next Level "premium fitted" shirt styles run true to size. (If you traditionally wear a large, a large in these should fit you. If you like your shirt a little roomy and are ordering a fitted style, you may want one size larger.)  

Our shirts are never cheaper DTG printing, these are genuine silkscreen - printed with pride, folded by hand, and shipped with care by humans in Southern Calfornia.

Classic Fit T-shirts:

Our Classic Fit Shirts are made by Gildan and 100% lightweight cotton with a seamless collar crew neckline and full double-needle stitching. A softer, thin feel but a traditional sizing and cut. (Heathers and some colors are polyester/cotton blends.)

• Taped neck and shoulders
• Double needle sleeve and bottom hems
• Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease

While shirts are labeled "preshrunk" by the manufacturer, like most cotton shirts, these will shrink upon washing. For best results, wash in cold water inside-out and hang dry. That said, these classic fit shirts are traditional shirts and traditional silkscreening, so they should stand up to the normal wear and care of similar shirts you have experience with.

Premium Fitted T-shirts:

Our Premium Fitted Shirts are made by Next Level and 60% combed ring-spun cotton, 40%  polyester in most designs. These are made with top of the line fabric that stands up to consistent wear without sacrificing fit or feel with a set-in collar and side seams. While these shirts are fitted, they do run true to size. (Some solid colors may be 100% combed ring-spun cotton.)

Hoodie Sweatshirts are 50% cotton / 50% Polyester preshrunk fleece made with air jet yarn for a softer feel and reduced pilling. They have an unlined hood with color-matching drawstring and full double-needle stitching and cuffs. A soft feel but a traditional sizing and cut, printed with true screen printing in Southern California.

Art Posters, Graphic Prints, and Photos:

OsoPorto's museum-quality graphic prints are matte printed on thick, durable, archival, acid-free paper. Printed individually and shipped from several locations in the United States. Framed graphic prints are printed on a semi-gloss 185gsm stock using archival, pigment based inks. 

Framed posters and prints do not come matted, but many posters and prints includes a flat white border as part of the print that offsets the image giving a similar appearance as a mat. Framed glossy photographs are matted with a 2-inch polar white mat as a separate layer within the frame.

Our Basic frames (above) are scratch proof black wood veneer with an acrylite shatter resistant front protector. These frames are good quality, but very basic and utilitarian. Our prints and posters also fit most standard size pre-made frames.

Our Premium frames (above) are made of high quality 1.25" natural solid wood and available in white or black. We take extra care to ensure your frame is free of flaws, so you receive a beautiful hand-made product you'll be proud to present and display. Premium frames feature a black paper backing and are delivered ready to display with hanging wire attached. Framed Prints 11x14 and 12x12 or smaller include a sawtooth hanger.

All framed glossy photo prints are in our premium frames - made of high quality natural solid wood and available in white, black, natural, cherry, and walnut. Frames are 1.25 inch wide and photos have a 2-inch polar white mat as a separate layer within the frame. Matte and frame sizes are in addition to the size of the print. For instance, a 10x10 photo includes a 2 inch matte and 1.25 frame on each side, making the total size 16.5x16.5 inches.

Graphic print frames are 1 inch wide and are not matted, but most include a flat white border that are part of the print within the total image size. Visually these offset the image similar to a mat. Frame sizes are in addition to the size of the print. For instance, a 36x24 graphic print includes 1 frame on each side, making the total size 38x26 inches.

Larger sizes are now available for prints. Premium framed prints can now be made in sizes up to 44 inches wide, and unframed prints in sizes up to 66 inches wide. Contact me for details! 

Canvasbox Prints:

Canvasbox prints are gallery wrapped stretch canvas specially tailored for bright, vibrant colors, and rich deep blacks, floated in 1 3/4" deep hardwood black enamel frames and ready to hang. (Note that this frame makes an 8x8" canvasbox to be 10x10" including the frame, and a 12x12" canvasbox to be 14x14" including the frame.)  

Each canvasbox print comes with pre-installed hanging hardware. Smaller sizes are also great for standing on a flat surface such as a desk or shelf.

Snapback Hats:

Our wool blend snapback caps are made by Otto, featuring 6-panel structured construction, firm front panel, and a grey undervisor. One size fits all with a plastic snap closure. The Otto Wool Blend Snapback is 85% Acrylic and 15% wool. The structured construction features 6 seamed firm front panels, full buckram, 6 embroidered eyelets that match the crown color, and a plastic snap closure. There are eight rows of stitching on the visor and a professional stitch on the crown. All snapback hats feature a grey undervisor and a side OsoPorto embroidered logo.

Trucker Hats:

Our classic trucker caps feature 5-panel structured construction, a flat bill, and a matching undervisor. One size fits all with a plastic snap closure. Our Classic Trucker cap is 47% cotton, 25% nylon and 25% polyester. The structured construction features 5 seamed high profile panels, hard buckram, and a plastic snap closure. All hats feature a matching undervisor.

Retro Trucker Hats:

Our retro trucker caps are a mid-profile version of a trucker and feature 6-panel structured construction, a permacurv bill, and a matching undervisor. One size fits all with a plastic adjustable closure. The Retro Trucker cap is 47% cotton, 25% nylon and 28% polyester. The structured construction features 6 seamed panels with a mid-profile cap and low-profile embroidery. Front panels are hard buckram, with mesh back, and a plastic adjustable snap closure. All hats feature a matching undervisor. The crown is 3 1/2" with a head circumference of 21 5/8" to 23 5/8". 

Dad Hats:

"Dad hats" are a style of unstructured baseball cap with no support panels in the front of the hat, which leads to a softer, more comfortable hat that conforms itself to the shape of the wearer's head. These hats also feature a curved visor and are one size fits all with an adjustable buckle strap. Our Yupoong Dad hats are 100% chino cotton twill with an unstructured, panel, low-profile, 6 embroidered eyelets, a 3 ⅛” crown and an adjustable strap with antique buckle. Head circumference: 20 ½” - 21 ⅝”.  All dad hats feature a matching undervisor and a side OsoPorto embroidered logo.

Tote Bags:

OsoPorto tote bags come in two sizes and are all-over sublimation printed and made of 100% spun polyester weather resistant fabric with dual handles and black interior lining.

Our tote bag sizes measure 16"x16" or 18"x18" and are printed all over using a sublimation printing process. Note that the construction of the bags make them feel a bit smaller than the dimensions listed. For instance, a 16x16" bag feels more like a 12x14x4" bag when sewn and folded.

Bags are 100% spun polyester weather resistant fabric with dual handles. Interiors are lined in black. Made and printed in USA. Dry or Spot Clean Only.

Pillows:

OsoPorto throw pillows are 18" x 18" and made of 100% polyester twill. Both sides of each pillow cover are different so two of the same pillow can be paired together. Covers are machine washable, but inserts are handwash only.

These throw pillows are made and printed in the USA. Each pillow measures 18"x18" and is printed on both sides with a concealed zipper. Covers are 100% polyester twill and inserts are a resilient polyester filling that retain their shape.

Covers are machine washable, but inserts are handwash only. Hand wash or Machine wash covers in cold water using mild detergent and gentle cycle only, hang to dry. Do not bleach.

Other shirt styles:

Ladies sizes are called "Missy Fit" by the manufacturer with a contoured silhouette with side seam, taped neck and shoulders, and cap sleeves. 

Mens' tank tops are preshrunk jersey knit and the same traditional classic fit as our t-shirts.

Ladies' tank tops are called "Junior Fit" by the manufacturer and feature preshrunk jersey knit with deluxe 30's Soft style yarns.  Straps are 1 1/2" for Small to Large sizes, and 1 2/4" straps for XL and XXL.
