HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS RUN IN TERMS OF SIZING?

Our Classic Fit shirts are classic traditional fit, not skinny or fashion fit. We also print some designs in a Premium Fitted style made by Next Level. These are a more fitted style but still run true to size. For more detail, check out our sizing and quality guide here.

SHIPPING IS FREE IN THE UNITES STATES?

We hate that big price increase at the end of an order when buying stuff online, so yes, shipping is free anywhere in the US - including Alaska and Hawaii. We have also discounted our International rates by subtracting the price of US shipping from the normal charge to ship to other countries.

 

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Items usually process and ship within 2 to 7 business days after you place your order, depending on the type of product. Times are estimates and not absolutes, though items are always shipped as soon as possible. As reference only and not as a guarantee: to date, shirts and stickers generally ship in 2 business days; unframed posters, unframed photos, graphic prints and canvasbox prints tend to ship in 2-5 business days, while pillows, framed posters, hats, and tote bags tend to ship in 3-6 business days. Framed graphic prints and photos usually ship in 4-7 business days. For Christmas ordering/shipping guidelines, please check for blog posts with more specific detail and deadlines.

 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping usually takes from 2 to 8 days for domestic orders. Shipping anywhere in the United States is free. Most items ship via USPS, though we sometimes use FedEx or UPS, depending on the items and location. Many items ship from Southern California, but some of our suppliers have facilities in other locations - yours will ship from whatever location will get it to you the soonest.

Your order may come in separate shipments. We work with different printers and makers for different items, and they ship directly to you from them. For example, shirts ship from one place, pillows from another - if your order has both, they will ship separately. For Christmas ordering/shipping guidelines, please check our blog posts for more specific info and deadlines.

An update on shipping times: as of July 2020, the Trump Administration has issued directives to slow down USPS deliveries, and we are seeing orders take a few days longer than normal in shipping. If you would like to choose to have non-USPS delivery, we can do that for an additional charge: normally $5-30 additional depending on size and weight. Just send an email at the time you place your order or add a note to your order during checkout.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We can often arrange for expedited shipping for an additional charge. Please email us at orders@osoporto.com before placing your order if you require expedited shipping to confirm its availability and cost for your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. If a shipping rate for your specific country does not show, please email us at orders@osoporto.com and we can add it. (We have to add rates for each weight and each country manually, so there was no way to include every country, but we are happy to add more as needed. Email us and we'll add yours!)  Important: Note that orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any customs and fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to be stoked about your stuff. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange or full refund for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  All returns must be in new (unused and unworn) condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. To get a return authorization number, or for any other questions regarding a return, please contact us at orders@osoporto.com. Unless an error was made on our part, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged, please include photos of the damage if possible to expedite a replacement. 

 

CAN YOU MAKE LARGER PRINTS?

Yes! Larger sizes are now available for prints. Premium framed prints can now be made in sizes up to 44 inches wide, and unframed prints in sizes up to 66 inches wide. Contact me for details.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Paypal, JCB, and if someone out there has a Diners Club card, we even take that. Our checkout is secured by Shopify and fully Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. 

 

DOES OSOPORTO OR SHOPIFY STORE MY CREDIT CARD DATA?

Your credit card data is processed by Shopify. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

 

CAN I BUY YOUR STUFF AT ANY STORES? A few stores carry only a few of our products - you can find more info here on those. That page also lists where you can find me often at local pop-up events like festivals, craft fairs, or artisan markets. If you have a favorite store where you shop, tell them about us! ARE YOU BASED IN NORTH MANHATTAN?

North Manhattan Beach?! No such thing. We're based in El Porto. (locals don't used the N(orth) word.)

 

YOU'RE OUT OF MY SIZE. CAN I REQUEST A REPRINT OF A CERTAIN DESIGN?

Please do. Sales and feedback from you are our only way to judge the popularity of a certain item, and when or if to order reprints. If the design you request is a popular one and our stock is low in other sizes as well, we may be able to run a new batch immediately (allow a few weeks for them to print and restock.) We will gladly notify you when they are back in stock and available if you would like, but also get on our mailing list and watch our facebook and twitter pages for latest news and releases.

 

ARE THERE ANY MORE IMAGES I CAN CHOOSE FROM FOR CANVASBOX PRINTS OR PHOTO PRINTS?

Yes! Check out our instagram account, if there's an image there you would like to have made into a canvasbox or a glossy print, let us know which one it is. We can create the files necessary and add it to the prints we offer here at osoporto.com

 

WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

If you have a promo or discount code, enter it in the Order Summary section of your checkout page. To get to the checkout page, go to your cart. Be sure all your items are correct and click that you agree to the terms and conditions, then click the orange "checkout" bar at the bottom. That will take you to the checkout page. Your items should be shown in the Order Summary box on the right if on a desktop. On mobile devices, you may need to click "Show Order Summary" for a dropdown window with the discount code box. Directly beneath your items is a box that says "gift or discount code." Enter your code in that box and click "apply" on desktops or the arrow button on mobile screens. Your total should then reflect the discounted price from the promo code. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to let us know
