Where the bear meets the surf.
Independent original design from the lost beach town of El Porto, California

Imagine a tiny beach town tucked between a refinery, a power plant, and the ocean; A town with such an eclectic mix of people living & partying next to the surf that kids in Manhattan Beach were warned not to go there. (they did anyway.) Until 1980, this was the town of El Porto, California. Today it may be a part of Lost LA, but it lives on for now as a neighborhood, despite those who try to erase its name as they bulldoze its cottages. The name El Porto may be best known as one of LA's best surf breaks, but it also represents classic California beach town spirit that will live forever.

Welcome to the beach.
